"Open-Box" items are typically items which have been opened & returned by customers and so cannot be sold as new. Packaging may be damaged or in some cases incomplete/missing, however the products themselves are in a new or like-new condition. All open-box items include the full manufacturer's warranty, as well as our 30-day satisfaction guarantee & 90-day advance warranty replacement service.
"Clearance" items are products which we are no longer carrying in our store. All clearance items are new, unused & in the original retail packaging.
