The US Postal Service does not offer any guarantees for delivery times, and FedEx sometimes suspends their moneyback service guarantee during the last few days before Christmas. Additionally, severe winter weather can occasionally delay FedEx shipments as well.

*For Military Mail to zip codes starting with "093", the US Postal Service recommends that 1st Class and Priority Mail packages be mailed by Dec. 3rd.
