Shipping Rates and Information
We take pride in our quick, efficient order processing. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. PST are typically shipped on the same business day.
Standard US shipping is via First Class or Priority Mail (1st Class is only available for orders weighing 10 ounces or less). This includes delivery to all US addresses, including APO/FPO addresses & U.S. territories. Delivery time for 1st Class Mail is generally about one week (often only 3-5 days), Priority Mail is typically 2-3 days. Please remember that these delivery times are only estimates, however, and can occasionally take longer.
*Delivery Confirmation not available to all APO/FPO addresses.
Standard international shipping is via International First-Class Mail. Delivery is generally within 2-3 weeks, but can occasionally take longer. If you need guaranteed or express delivery, we recommend shipping via FedEx or Express Mail. Although we have negotiated very good rates with FedEx, postal International Express Mail still tends to be the most cost effective although does not offer a guaranteed delivery time-frame. Delivery time for International Express Mail is usually within one week (often only 2-3 days), however can occasionally take longer.
The table below should be used as an estimate only. For an exact shipping calculation, please use the online shipping calculator on the "View Cart" page. After entering your state, postal code & country, you will be presented with a list of delivery options and exact pricing based on your delivery address and the total weight of the items in your order.
Customs Clearance: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. The declared value for customs purposes is the price paid for your order, less any shipping charges. Please note that understating the value for customs in order to avoid import duties and taxes is a violation of international law, and is a practice we choose not to engage in.
